Ladaar grew out of JomarJimoh Universal Company Ltd., a construction project management firm, and saw the same story repeat on site after site: people with land and ambition, stalled by uneven savings, unreliable quotes, hard-to-find professionals and money paid out before the work was done.

What is Ladaar?
Ladaar is a construction technology platform. It helps you manage your building project, connect with trusted artisans, suppliers and developers, and fund the work through a Save-To-Build wallet, all in one app.
What is Save-To-Build?
A savings plan tied to a specific building. Each contribution goes toward a costed construction stage, and funds are released to builders only when that stage starts and its milestones are met.
When does the app launch?
We are preparing for launch on iOS and Android. People on the waitlist get first access and launch updates before anyone else.
Do I need to own land already?
No. You can start saving while you secure land, or browse properties and developers in the marketplace. Landowners can go straight to costing and planning their build.
How are artisans and suppliers vetted?
Professionals go through onboarding and verification before they can take jobs, and they are rated by homeowners after every job they complete on Ladaar.
How is my money protected?
Custody arrangements, partner institutions and the protections that apply to your funds will be published in full before we accept any deposits. Waitlist members will see them first.
Can I use my own contractor?
Yes. Your contractor can join Ladaar, quote against verified rates and receive milestone payments through the platform.
I live outside Nigeria. Can I use Ladaar?
Yes. Ladaar is designed for owners who can't be on site every week, with photo updates, reports and milestone sign-offs in the app.
